Whether you're at home or at work, ordering online from Wishbone is quick and easy and can be done at anytime of the day. We deliver food Monday to Friday.

To make it even easier you can now search our food according to dietary requirements using The Wishbone Strip TM, so if you’re looking for gluten free, dairy free, low fat, paleo or vegetarian food you can quickly find products made just for you! Or treat your friends and family with a Wishbone Voucher, delivered electronically.
For special events why not check out our catering menu. We also offer on-site catering at Wishbone ASB Sports Centre, Wellington and Wishbone Middlemore Hospital, Auckland.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes & rural addresses.
Wellington Suburbs Delivery
Available Monday to Friday, includes Upper Hutt & Porirua
- Morning Delivery is between 7am-11am
- Lunch delivery is between 10am-1pm. Please order by 9am
- Evening Delivery is between 4.30pm-7.30pm. Please order by 2:00pm
North Island Next Day Delivery Only
Delivery between 8am-5pm the following Day*, available Tuesday-Friday. Please order by 3.30pm the day prior. * Please note this is the targeted delivery time given by courier post. Deliveries to business addresses will usually be delivered by 9am.
How it’s delivered
To keep our food chilled we have created a custom insulated box to keep the food cool while it’s being delivered to your door.
* Please make sure you are there to receive your package or have someone pop it in the fridge for you as you will need to get your meals into chilled storage once you've received them.
We know you care about the environment – so do we, which is why we offer vouchers for all returned packaging.
* Simply bring in your undamaged box (complete with liners and ice) to one of our stores or straight to our head office located in Ngauranga and we will email you a $5 voucher.
Who delivers it
We use Pace and Courier Post to deliver our food, so once it leaves our kitchen we entrust it to our fantastic couriers.
The exact time of your delivery will depend on time, traffic, and where you are located. So if you have not received your food by the chosen delivery time, please contact the courier directly with your tracking reference.
Remember our fresh food is perishable so to make sure it gets to you please note any special delivery instructions at checkout and make sure you are there to receive it.

How to track an order
Once your order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email as well as separate email with a tracking reference. Please follow the instructions in this email to track your delivery.
We accept all major credit cards and can assure you that online transactions are secure through our paying and billing service provider Payment Express using Px Pay 2.0. Payment Express hosts and manages the payment page, which is secured by its own SSL certificate.
We are currently offering a smaller range of all our favourite products for our online store.

Wellington Suburbs Morning, Lunch & Evening Delivery: $15.90
Next Day North Island delivery (includes Auckland & Christchurch): $20
Next Day South Island delivery: $35
Catering orders have a confirmation policy of 48 hours for Wellington and 72 hours for the rest of country.
If you order items from our normal online menu as well as our catering menu they will treated as a catering order and shipped together. If you wish to receive the items separately, please place your orders separately.
We offer free delivery for on-site catering facilities at our Middlemore Hospital & ASB sports centre cafes.
Wishbone is made with 100% love by professional chefs every single day, so we hope you will be fully satisfied with your order.
Every product carries our QC seal of approval and a best before date.
If you are not satisfied with your order or any products are damage, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of receiving your order so we can investigate this and discuss providing you with a replacement or refund.
Please note: we are unable to replace a product that was ordered by mistake. However, if we include an incorrect product in your order we will credit you for the missing product.

If you've already placed an order please have your order reference handy. For orders made over the phone you'll need to email, fax or post us confirmation so that we can charge your credit card.
Once the payment has been processed and you’ve received a confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel your order. At this point processing of your order is underway and cannot be reversed.
